These terms govern your use of TheRPC. By creating an account or sending requests through our endpoints you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@therpc.io if you suspect a key has leaked.
Acceptable use
Do not use TheRPC to attack third parties, mine private keys, send unsolicited messages on connected networks, or attempt to bypass quotas. Do not resell raw access without a written agreement.
Billing
Pay-as-you-go usage is billed in Compute Units. Balances are denominated in USDC through CryptoCloud. Failed payments may pause your account until resolved.
Availability and SLAs
We operate a multi-region edge network and target high availability, but no service is perfect. Specific SLA commitments are listed in your plan or enterprise agreement; they take precedence over this section where they apply.
Liability
TheRPC is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email and reflected in the 'Last updated' date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
